AI Policy

Last Updated: February 16, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Anything App ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a platform for creating, sharing, and discovering apps ("Platform"). As part of our offering, we use AI ("AI Features") to enhance user experience, generate code or schema, and assist with other developmental or operational tasks.

This AI Policy outlines how we develop, deploy, and use AI across our Platform, and explains the responsibilities of users when interacting with our AI Features. This Policy supplements (and is incorporated by reference into) our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this AI Policy and our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, the more protective provision of personal data or usage rights shall govern.

2. Scope

This AI Policy applies to all AI-related features, models, and services (collectively, "AI Features") provided or integrated by us. It describes:

  • How we use AI to assist in code generation, schema generation, or other functionality.
  • Data handling practices for AI-related inputs and outputs.
  • Guidelines on acceptable and prohibited uses of our AI Features.
  • How we use AI for content moderation and policy enforcement.
  • Our commitments to security, privacy, and responsible AI innovation.

Any offerings or integrations with third-party AI services may be subject to additional terms and policies provided by those third-party providers. If you access a third-party service through our Platform, please review their respective policies.

3. AI and Your Data

3.1 Types of Data Used

When you interact with our AI Features - such as by providing prompts or using AI-generated outputs - we may process the following data:

  • Prompt Content & Logs: Any text, code, or other content you input into the AI Features, as well as logs (e.g., prompt tokens, completion tokens) for processing requests.
  • User-Generated Content: Content you create or upload via our Platform (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, schema data), some of which may be used as context for AI-based suggestions or outputs.

3.2 Data Usage

  • Generating Outputs: We use the data you provide (e.g., prompts, code snippets) to generate outputs tailored to your requests.
  • Service Improvement: Some prompts, logs, and outputs may be stored and reviewed internally to improve our AI models and enhance user experience. We strive to remove or de-identify personal information where feasible.
  • Opt-Out Possibility: If you wish to limit how your data is used for improving our AI Features, please contact us or refer to any available opt-out mechanism (if offered in your account settings).

Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store personal data within the broader Platform.

3.3 No Use of Sensitive Data for Training

We do not intentionally use sensitive or special categories of data (e.g., biometric or health-related information) to train or enhance our AI models. If you believe such data has been inadvertently shared or used, please contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

Our AI Features are designed to facilitate code generation, schema suggestions, and similar developer or end-user productivity enhancements. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, you may not use our AI Features to:

  1. Engage in illegal or malicious activities.
  2. Generate or disseminate fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating content, including misinformation, deepfakes, or phishing schemes.
  3. Create defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or hate speech content.
  4. Produce spam, content-farm material, or click-bait.
  5. Influence electoral campaigns or propagate political content at scale.
  6. Encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm.
  7. Attempt "prompt injection" or other methods to discover proprietary source code or private system behavior.
  8. Represent AI output as purely human-generated without disclosure.
  9. Violate intellectual property rights or produce infringing content.
  10. Use AI in "high-risk" contexts (as defined by applicable AI legislation, e.g., EU AI Act) unless specifically authorized in writing.
  11. Generate or disseminate age-inappropriate, sexualized, or harmful content involving minors.
  12. Submit personal or sensitive information about others without their consent, in violation of privacy laws.

If you suspect misuse of our AI Features or find any harmful or inaccurate output, please report it to us at contact@boosterbot.ai.

5. AI-Generated Content in the Marketplace

Apps created on the Platform may contain AI-generated code, content, or design elements. Users should be aware of the following:

5.1 Seller Responsibilities

  • Review before publishing: Sellers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all AI-generated code and content before publishing Apps on the marketplace, especially paid Apps. AI-generated output may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior.
  • Accuracy of descriptions: Sellers must ensure their App descriptions accurately represent the App's functionality, regardless of whether the App was built using AI assistance.
  • Intellectual property compliance: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content in their Apps does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

5.2 Buyer Awareness

Apps available on the Platform may have been built in whole or in part using AI-generated code. While we encourage sellers to disclose AI usage, buyers should understand that AI-generated content is a standard part of the app-building process on our Platform. As stated in our Terms of Service, all Apps are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee the functionality or quality of any App.

6. AI-Powered Content Moderation

We use AI systems to assist with content moderation and policy enforcement on the Platform. This includes:

  • Publish review: When users submit Apps for publication, our AI systems may automatically evaluate the App's content, code, and metadata for compliance with our Terms of Service and content policies. This includes screening for prohibited content, malicious code, and policy violations.
  • Ongoing monitoring: We may use AI to periodically review published Apps for compliance with updated policies or to detect emerging risks.
  • Human oversight: While AI assists in content moderation, significant enforcement actions (such as App removal or account suspension) may involve human review. AI moderation decisions are not final and may be appealed as described in our Terms of Service (Section 11.4).

We strive to make our AI moderation systems fair and accurate, but they may occasionally produce false positives or false negatives. If you believe an AI moderation decision was made in error, please contact us at contact@boosterbot.ai.

7. Security, Privacy, and Responsible AI

7.1 Security Measures

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of data processed through our AI Features. This includes:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where feasible.
  • Access Controls: Only authorized personnel have access to AI system logs or user data.
  • Auditing & Monitoring: We monitor usage to detect and prevent abuse or malicious activities.

7.2 Privacy Commitments

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data handling procedures, including how we collect, store, and share personal information, are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Data Retention: We store prompts, logs, and AI output for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and our Privacy Policy.
  • Third-Party AI Providers: We may integrate external AI services (e.g., OpenAI). Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy notices.
  • User Controls: You can delete or remove user-generated content at any time; deleted content may persist in backups for a limited period.

7.3 Responsible Use and Transparency

Because AI outputs can be imprecise or contain inadvertent bias, we encourage users to:

  • Review Outputs: Validate the accuracy, reliability, and appropriateness of AI-generated code or content before using it in production or public contexts.
  • Disclose AI Usage: Consider informing end-users or collaborators that certain portions of your project were AI-generated, especially if relevant for transparency or compliance.
  • Respect IP Rights: Ensure any AI-generated output does not infringe on third-party copyrights or violate intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services & Providers

We may use or integrate with third-party AI services to power aspects of our AI Features. Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic

Your usage of these services through our Platform is also subject to the third parties' terms, policies, and codes of conduct. We are not responsible for the data practices of these external services beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy and any direct contractual obligations we have with the providers.

9. Compliance & Enforcement

9.1 Policy Violations

Violation of this AI Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and/or access to our AI Features, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse or non-compliance.

9.2 Updates to This Policy

We may modify this AI Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through prominent means (e.g., email, Platform notifications). Your continued use of our AI Features after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
